Do you provide teletherapy or in person therapy?In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have chosen to offer telehealth sessions to keep health a priority for all. I use a HIPAA compliant version of the Zoom video platform to ensure the security of my clients.I am still able to provide EMDR work through telehealth sessions. I am also able to serve anyone living in the state of Colorado using a telehealth platform.
What is your cancellation policy?If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, I ask that you please cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not followed, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
What is EMDR?EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based treatment that uses the brains natural healing process to help you work through grief and trauma. People often find that they are able to work through the road blocks that they have struggled with for a long time. Conversely, it works for those who have recently experienced a traumatic event because it can help eliminate it from becoming a road block in their future.
Do you take insurance?I am not paneled with any insurance companies. If you are in need of a sliding scale, please contact me as this is something I can offer on a limited basis.
How much do you charge?My rate is $125 per 50-60 minute session.
Do you accept credit cards?Yes - I use IvyPay, a HIPAA compliment payment platform, to process credit cards after each individual session. I also accept health savings account credit cards.
